Welcome to Zoe Loves Stuff! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, social media shops, and purchasing from our store. By placing an order or interacting with our content, you agree to these terms - so have read, with a nice candle lit, of course.

1. Who We Are

Zoe Loves Stuff is a one-woman shop run with love by Zoe (that’s me!). I curate, recommend, and sell stuff I love - magical, nostalgic, collectable, or just plain joyful. The shop is based in Basildon and I ship to  anywhere in the UK.

2. What Your Agreeing To

By using this site or buying from Zoe Loves Stuff, you agree to:

. Provide accurate billing and shipping  info when you order.

. Use the site and products legally and respectfully.

. Not copying or misuse any content or images without permission.

3. Orders & Payments

. Orders are confirmed once payment is received.

. Prices are in GBP and include/exclude taxes where stated.

. I accept various payment methods, including Visa, Mastercard, Paypal, American Express, 

   Apple Pay, Klana & Stripe

. If I need to cancel an order (e.g. item is out of stock or an issue arises), you’ll be refunded in full.

4. Shipping Info

. Orders are usually dispatched within 24hrs but may take from 1-3 business days. 

. Delivery times vary depending on location and shipping methods.

. I’m not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs or moon phases 

. Please double check your address before completing checkout!

5. Returns and Refunds

Because some items may be limited, handmade or collectable, returns are accepted only in certain       

  cases:

. If your item arrives damaged, please contact me, zoe@zoelovesstuff.co..uk within 7 days of 

  delivery  and with photos.

. Returns must be unused and in original packaging.

. I offer free returns if the item is damaged/faulty or not as described, please email me at 

  zoe@zoelovesstuff.co.uk for a returns label.

. If an item is returned due to change of mind then the buyer must  pay the shipping costs 

  and this will not be refunded.

. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 days after I receive the 

  returned item.

Product Info & disclaimers

. Some items maybe handmade, vintage or limited finds - so small imperfections may exist.

  I see them as character!

. All product descriptions and images aim to be accurate. Colours may vary due to screens

  and lighting. 

. Keep candles and magical items away from pets, kids, and negative energy.

Privacy & Data

I respect your privacy. Your data is never sold or shared outside the tool used to process orders (e.g. payment platforms, delivery providers). Full details are in my privacy policy link.

All images, descriptions, and branding are created by or for Zoe Loves Stuff. Please don’t copy , use or repost without permission or credit.

Legal Bits

These Terms are governed by the laws of  the United Kingdom.

And disputes will be handled respectfully (and ideally with a cat nearby), through the appropriate legal channels.

I’m here to make people smile and spread a bit of magic through the things I love. If something goes wrong, I’ll always do my best to make it right.
