. Orders are usually dispatched within 24hrs but may take from 1-3 business days. 

. Delivery times vary depending on location and shipping methods.

. I’m not responsible for delays caused by postal services, customs or moon phases

How I Post Your Orders

 

. Orders are packed with care and dispatched within 1 working day after payment.

 

. A tracking number will be emailed to you so you can keep an eye on your delivery.

 

. Delivery times are based on Royal Mail’s estimates (only Special Delivery is guaranteed).

 

. If you order multiple items, you’ll only pay postage once - based on the highest service selected.

 

. Free UK Delivery on all orders over £50 (sent via Royal Mail Tracked 48).

Lost or Delayed Parcels

 

If your order hasn’t arrived when expected, please allow:

 

. 5 working days from dispatch for Tracked 24 & Tracked 48

 

. 2 working days for Special Delivery

 

After this time, I’ll investigate with Royal Mail and arrange a replacement or refund if needed.

 

Returns and Refunds

 

Because some items may be limited, handmade or collectable, returns are accepted only in certain cases:

 

. If your item arrives damaged, please contact me, zoe@zoelovesstuff.co..uk within 7 days of delivery  and with photos.

 

. Returns must be unused and in original packaging.

 

. I offer free returns if the item is damaged/faulty or not as described, please email me at zoe@zoelovesstuff.co.uk for a returns label.

 

. If an item is returned due to change of mind then the buyer must  pay the shipping costs and this will not be refunded.

 

. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7 days after I receive the returned item.
